A Bit About Me
Gazi Jishan is an ACCA-qualified entrepreneur, co-founder of Qormotho, and the first Bangladeshi recognized by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Global as an Emerging Leader. From teaching ACCA to leading a 55 member outsourcing firm with clients across the UK, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. Gazi is reshaping how finance and operations outsourcing is done, placing Bangladesh on the global map for premium accounting talent.

Under his leadership, Qormotho operates 24/7, delivering services in accounting, bookkeeping, customer support, virtual admin, and IT from the commercial HQ in Dhaka to clients like Hotel Chocolat, Little Moons, PURE, and Fussy. Gazi oversees client services from Doha, while collaborating with co-founders based in the UK and Bangladesh.

He is a former internal auditor at BRAC and Head of Internal Audit at Ali Bin Ali in Qatar, with corporate experience across Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Hungary, and the UK. Between 2013–2019, he trained over 300 ACCA students in Strategic Professional papers including SBL, GRE, and BA.

Gazi is also deeply passionate about leadership development and coaching. His mission is twofold: to help Bangladeshi professionals thrive globally, and to build high-performing remote teams that scale companies efficiently through smart systems, marketing, and delegation.

An advocate of youth leadership and community service, Gazi is a father of four, a lifelong learner, and a startup enthusiast committed to empowering the next generation of professionals.

At Qormotho, Gazi Jishan oversees marketing, partnerships, and global client acquisition. He drives positioning and growth by building high-performing remote teams in finance and operations. His focus is on scaling businesses and empowering talent through systems, branding, and coaching.

Oversees strategic client relationships and advisory services across accounting, tax, and compliance. Leads the firm’s virtual CFO offerings for growth-stage businesses across borders. Actively supports cross functional teams to deliver high-impact financial insights and solutions.
Head of Internal Audit
At Ali Bin Ali in Qatar, Gazi Jishan served as Head of Internal Audit. He led audit engagements across diverse business units, ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance. He played a strategic role in strengthening internal controls and driving accountability across the group.
Senior Manager - Internal Audit
Gazi Jishan began his internal audit journey by leading risk-based audits across BRAC’s programs and social enterprises. He helped enhance internal controls and governance in one of the world’s largest NGOs. His contributions earned him global recognition by the IIA as an Emerging Leader under 30 in 2018, the first Bangladeshi to receive the honor.

At Gazi Consultancy, Gazi Jishan served as a lecturer specializing in ACCA Strategic Professional Level papers. He trained over 300 students, focusing on Governance, Risk & Ethics (GRE), Business Analysis (BA), and Strategic Business Leader (SBL). His teaching emphasized critical thinking, ethical leadership, and real-world business strategy.
Assistant Manager
At Baker Tilly International, Gazi Jishan conducted external audits for listed companies and multinational clients. He gained exposure to IFRS-based reporting, audit planning, and assurance review procedures. This role deepened his technical foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
